  參加者可於 A) 各大會夥伴機構索取並填妥報名表格； 1) 參加者於2011 年11月14日前將活動行政費及額外籌得之善款以支票或銀行入數方式，連同填妥及簽署之報名表格以郵寄方式交予「香港舞動馬拉松」辦事處 (支票或銀行存款收據背面須寫上參加者姓名); 2) 網上報名人士只需於2011 年11月14日前，將活動行政費及額外籌得之善款以上述方式交予「香港舞動馬拉松」辦事處，並列明參加者姓名及網上登記編號。 *扣除行政費，所有籌得之善款將全數捐贈予「生命熱線」作慈善用途。「香港舞動馬拉松」銀行戶口 ﹕渣打銀行959-0-019193-8 Participants can apply by A) obtaining the enrollment form B) downloading and filling in the enrollment form; or C) online application; and contribute HK$100 as the event administration fee. Participants are also encouraged to raise additional funds from friends and family to our beneficiary organization Suicide Prevention Services. Your generous support and donations will benefit more people in need.
