1. 參加者需先索取報名表格並向親友籌募或自行支付不少於港幣一百元作為參加費用，所有善款將捐贈「生命熱線」作慈善用途；
2. 參加者先填妥報名表格及簽署，並選擇開始時間，於2010 年8月25日前將表格連同善款（以支票或銀行存款收據形式）交予「生命熱線」辦事處；

或

1. 參加者于網上填妥報名表格並向親友籌募或自行支付不少於港幣一百元作為參加費用，所有善款將捐贈「生命熱線」作慈善用途；
2. 參加者于網上遞交填妥之報名表格，並選擇開始時間，於2010 年8月25日前將善款（以支票或銀行存款收據形式並寫上姓名及報名編號）交予「生命熱線」辦事處；

1. Participants obtain the enrollment form and raise funds from friends and family or contribute at least HK$100 by himself/herself as enrollment fee. All money received will be donated to SPS in full;
2. Participants first fill in the enrollment form and choose their starting time before handing in both the form and the funds (cheque or bank-in slip) to the “Suicide Prevention Services” Office on or before August 25, 2010;

1. Participants do the enrollment on-line and raise funds from friends and family or contribute at least HK$100 by himself/herself as enrollment fee. All money received will be donated to SPS in full;
2. Participants then submit their enrollment on-line, choose their starting time and hand in the funds (cheque or bank-in slip with name and enrollment reference number) to the “Suicide Prevention Services” Office on or before August 25, 2010.
